• Filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning,
• Answering phone calls, responding to emails
• Archiving – organizing physical and electronic records.
• Writing letter and preparing regular reports
• 1+ year of experience in a secretarial position related to office administration.
• Communication skills, interpersonal relationship and listening skills.
• Organizational and Time Management skills.
